We are happy to welcome you aboard the historic vessel La Zigoela.
Our
leudo, with its majestic lateen sail, is one of the only twenty still sailing and the only one that continues to ply the waters of the sea with grace and history. After careful restoration, La Zigoela is ready to resume her voyage through Ligurian ports, guided by tireless owner Roberto Bertonati and his experienced crew.
Sailing through the Mediterranean, La Zigoela takes us back in time, telling the story of the civilisations that developed thanks to this wonderful sea, bravely facing the challenges of wind and waves. In addition to being a historical icon, the leudo brings to life the excitement of seafaring tradition and hospitality typical of this thirteen and a half metre long vessel. Today it offers

With the help of TripAdvisor, I came across La Zigoela for a boat trip around the Cinque Terre,
because the ferries are too crowded with tourists. We had the most wonderful day and I would tell anyone about it the lunch was absolutely incredible with authentic local dishes, Roberto and even a chef in a restaurant with the same name as the boat. We stopped at a few spots to snorkel the water was outstanding. If you want to relax and see Le Cinque Terre from the sea this is definitely a perfect way to do it.
